"It's not just about making our clients happy, it's about giving them more than they thought they would get. It's about providing functionality and flexibility that our clients didn't even think were possible."

- Jim Wile, President, CTG

Today, audio and video technology is more advanced than ever. To deliver the very best performance possible, you need an expert team that stands behind it with proven knowledge, resources, and commitment. That team is CTG.

From the small project studio to the large production facility, our entire approach is focused on maximizing your capabilities. It’s all about people and technology working together as one.

This is how we take you beyond limits and boundaries. This is how we help you achieve greater success.

Now 51 employees strong, CTG had humble beginnings. After working together at a local post-production house in Atlanta, Jim Wile and Steve McCormick decided to launch their own business back in 1991. They began providing service and repair work, and in time their clients began to ask if they'd sell and install equipment as well. Not long thereafter, CTG's full-service business was born.

Since that time, CTG has had the opportunity work with some of the industries very best, from ACOG for the Atlanta Olympics in 1996 and the Sydney Olympics in 2000, to CNN and Turner Entertainment Networks, to Tyler Perry Studios and Crawford Communications, to The Coca-Cola Company and UPS, to Gospel Music Channel and In Touch Ministries. For the past few years, CTG has also worked with other PSNI affiliates on projects in Atlanta and nationwide. Jim, PSNI's vice president, notes, "We talk through challenges with our peers at PSNI and share success stories. These are people I can rely on, people who I've mentored and who have mentored me. When CTG needs help in another market, my first call is to the PSNI affiliate in that region."

Today, CTG is widely recognized for its tech-savvy staff. The company has a strong customer survey program, and tend to get the highest marks for their technical competence—they're known for being able to hit any challenge head on. As they see it, the technology itself is less important than doing right by the client. Engineers by trade, Jim and Steve understand their customers' needs and concerns. They know that a new room or even a single piece of gear means more to their clients than just boxes and wires—it's their business, their revenue stream, their technological edge.

CTG's ability to see projects from their clients' perspectives means that clients don't have to throw out everything old to build something new. Starting from a shared vision, CTG gets projects, big and small, up and running on time and on budget. "It's not just about making our clients happy," says Jim. "It's about giving them more than they thought they would get. It's about providing functionality and flexibility that our clients didn't even think were possible."
