For the past 33 years, Snader and Associates, Inc., has provided out-of-the-box, creative solutions to some big names in the worlds of business, government, education, broadcast/film, video, games/interactive, and post-production. The Northern California company was formed by Bob Snader in 1975, and John Beritzhoff joined Snader in 1979. Back then, they focused on selling hardware solutions to the broadcast and production/post-production markets. The company has since expanded their offerings, providing full-service engineering and integration solutions, service, and training, as well as editing, video streaming, and 3D post-production solutions. With three offices and over 65 employees, Snader is recognized nationwide for its broadcast, AV, and design-build expertise.

Finding good clients is one thing, but keeping them is another. That's where tech-savvy staff and a low turnover rate come into play. The company's family atmosphere and loyalty to its people help explain their retention rates, as do challenging work opportunities. Snader and Associates knows that lasting connections with their clients is the key to their long-term success, and they earn a lot of repeat business as a result. Relationships with other integrators have also proved invaluable. The company has been a PSNI affiliate for the past 20 years, and they've shared advice and resources with their peers and learned a lot along the way. "PSNI is the best networking organization in our industry," notes Beritzhoff. "As our company gains greater exposure, our membership in PSNI helps to differentiate us from the competition."

For close to 15 years the company has also hosted the nationally renowned Snader Visual Solutions Expo. One of the West Coast's premiere conference and trade shows, the expo showcases the latest in video and presentation technologies and features hundreds of vendors, products, and seminars related to film and video, broadcast, AV, presentation, interactive, web, and house of worship technologies. The trade show draws almost 1,000 people each year.

And while they've built a strong reputation in the industry, they're not resting on their laurels.
