No one under the age of 16 is permitted on the show floor or in classrooms. No strollers are allowed. Photography and/or video recording of any booths by any attendee/exhibitor personnel is prohibited. Exceptions are made only when permission is obtained from the exhibitor whose booth/product is being photographed/videotaped.
Badges
Badges will be mailed within the US, May 5 – June 1, 2008. International registrants will receive an e-mail, fax or letter in May with badge pick-up instructions. If you do not receive your badge prior to the show, you can pick up your badge in the on-site registration area in the C2 hall.
**The VIP Hospitality Suite is an “invitation only” event. Failure to pre-register will increase the registration process at the Suite during Infocomm show floor hours. Registration is for each individual and the VIP pass will be required for entrance.
