PSNI President, Ray “Tony” Stephens
An active affiliate and participant of PSNI for many years, Tony has served on the PSNI Board in various capacities including Secretary, Treasurer, and Vice-President. At the annual PSNI stockholders meeting held in conjunction with the National Association of Broadcasters Convention, Tony Stephens, was elected to the two year term of President. In addition to his duties as PSNI President, Tony is President of Professional Communications Systems headquartered in Tampa, Florida.
