Building a Network Infrastructure

MemberClicks is a leading provider of membership management software and is headquartered in Atlanta.  In September of 2018, the organization opened a remote office in Carmel, Indiana.  Network infrastructure was critical to operational success as MemberClicks works with 3,000 organizations throughout North America and Canada.  There was significant pressure with a hard date for start-up functionality, and the timeline was incredibly tight.  Unfortunately, the company’s IT specialists worked in Georgia.  After reaching out to several IT companies, MemberClicks awarded Sensory Technologies the opportunity to provide its IT network solution.

Fast and Reliable Connectivity

To meet MemberClicks’ needs, Sensory installed an office-wide network using Cisco Meraki equipment.  Meraki’s enterprise-grade routers, switches, and security appliance provide fast and reliable network connectivity for 28 workstations, 6 conference rooms, and many wireless devices.  Because of construction delays, Sensory’s team had limited time to work in the space.  Using the online Meraki dashboard, our network engineers were able to pre-configure all of the equipment while our technicians finished installing the rack and network infrastructure.

Adapting to Obstacles

Sensory jumped in with a proactive approach to the problem and got the network up and running rapidly. Accommodating and adapting to the obstacles that MemberClicks had in the initial set up of their office, Sensory’s team flexed its ability to provide awesome support at all times. Being a one-stop shop, Sensory not only was there to set up the office’s network, but continues to maintain and proactively monitor it to this day.
